Global Estate participated in the round table discussion "Business after elections"

Global Estate representatives were invited to the round table discussion "Business after elections", which took place on October 17, 2012 in BC "Parus". Meeting brought together representatives of leading companies, banks, NGOs, investors. Participants discussed possible prospects of business and society after the next parliamentary elections.

"All investors agreed that Ukraine is a promising and challenging market - said Artem Zhebrovskiy, head of Global Estate. - Investors, including foreign ones, have troubles in making business in Ukraine because of unnecessary overregulation of markets. Bureaucratic government pressure on business sectors is ineradicable feature of Ukrainian business. It is noted by all the players. Unfortunately, it is unlikely to go away after the 2012 elections".

However, the participants tried to make a positive point in the discussion. All agreed that the creative ideas and projects attractive for investors are available in Ukraine. "You only need to go the last mile to success", - says Igor Shoyfut, head of the American company Happy Farm, developing Ukrainian Internet projects.

Among the promising industries that will find investment after the election participants see agricultural sector, pharmaceutical, telecommunications.

"I hope that the real estate development also will not be left out in the new political season" - said A. Zhebrovskiy.
